Refund policy

Our Policy

All Ikigai Japandi products are made to order. Each item is 3D printed specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, broken, or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost to you. To be eligible:

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery
• Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage
• Email us at hello@ikigaijapandi.ca

We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement as soon as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and we are unable to process cancellations.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned without prior approval
• Items damaged through misuse or normal wear
• Custom or personalized orders
