Shipping policy

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) only. This includes Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, and Oshawa.

We do not ship outside of the GTA at this time. If you're located elsewhere in Ontario or Canada, feel free to reach out — we may be able to make arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

Processing & Production Time

All products are made to order. After your purchase is confirmed, please allow 3–5 business days for your item to be printed and prepared for shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or Canadian public holidays.

Delivery Time

Once your order is ready, delivery within the GTA typically takes 2–4 business days.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5–9 business days.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
